Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented individual to process customer orders following ISO 13485, DEA, FDA or other country specific requirements for shipping, handling, lot tracking and inventory control. Ensure product, packaging and labeling meets all appropriate regulatory requirements as determined by QA/RA and other departments.

Operate UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager or other parcel shipping software to weigh packages, compute postage, print invoices, packing slips, and apply postage. Prepare forms for customs, Federal Express, UPS, International US Post Office, and common carriers. Calculate dollar values to expedite Canadian orders, prepare necessary customs paperwork, gather invoices and forms as needed.

Work from pick slips, internal documents and customer documents to expedite customer orders, conventions orders and other international shipments.

Follow shipping instructions for labeling, repackaging, routing and service fields. Receive assembled orders with picking forms, double check work for accuracy and pack for transport. Accurately estimate weights, sizes and charges for shipments.

Receive, load/unload, inspect for damages and sign for inbound and outbound shipments. Work from prescribed procedures, computer terminal and receiving documents to check product for acceptability. Receive, unpack product, and visually examine for appearance and accuracy. Verify accurate quantity received, use product catalogs or literature, Dynamics, Incoming Inspection Reports or Work Instructions to process receipts. Restock forward pick Areas daily
Assist with picking domestic orders and repack areas as required.

Great Plains Dynamics software, MS Office (Access, Excel) Barcode labeling design software Loftware/Bartender a plus.

Valid forklift license is required at all times. Lifting, Reaching, Pulling, Pushing cartons up to 50 lbs consistently required.
