Five Additional Designs:
Slix
Composite Instruments.
Slix
Instruments now are available in eleven non-stick, durable and
ergonomic configurations- providing a design for every application.

Slix stainless-steel
tips are uniquely treated with a revolutionary coating that provides
superior non-stick properties to virtually eliminate composite
sticking for easy placement, fast clean-up and exceptional durability.
The metallic coating on Slix tips will not discolor restorative
materials, provides a lustrous appearance and is 14 times more
wear resistant than stainless steel, which helps to resist the
development of pits and scratches.
Slix are easy to care
for; simply wipe off or place in the ultrasonic after each use
and autoclave with other stainless steel instruments. The
autoclave-safe Slix metallic coating has been specifically designed
for medical devices. It will not chip, flake or peel allowing
Slix to be mixed with other stainless-steel hand instruments in
an ultrasonic or autoclave.
Big Easy handles are
used on all Slix instruments. They are lightweight and ergonomic.
1/2" handles include a medical-grade silicone grip to reduce
muscle fatigue and pressure. Slix are surprisingly light, comfortable
to use and durable.
Five
additional configurations have been added to the product offering;
